Our Story
He Shall Live Street Ministry, Inc. was born from a calling to serve individuals experiencing hunger, homelessness, and hardship. What began as a vision to help those in need has grown into a weekly outreach centered on compassion, dignity, and the love of Jesus Christ. Through Table of Grace, we provide hot meals, prayer, clothing, hygiene supplies, and other essentials while building relationships within the Columbia community.

Sandra Reaves-Beys- Founder & President
Sandra Reaves-Bey is the Founder and President of He Shall Live Street Ministry, Inc. She leads the ministry with a heart for serving individuals and families experiencing hunger, homelessness, and hardship. Through faith, compassion, and hands-on service, she helps guide the ministry’s outreach, partnerships, and vision for the future.
TABLE OF GRACE
Table of Grace is the ministry’s weekly outreach program that provides hot meals, prayer, and practical support to individuals and families experiencing hunger, homelessness, and hardship in the Columbia community. Through Table of Grace, the ministry provides: Hot prepared meals, fruit, bottled water, hygiene supplies clothing, socks, shoes, hats, scarves, and emergency blankets, and other basic necessities when available. Before we serve, we pray. We encourage and offer compassionate support. The ministry has served approximately 25 to 115 people during weekly outreach, depending on the needs of the community.
